TECHNA Group have recently brought two new experts on board: Pierre FORTIN and Thanh Pham Cong . These aquaculture experts will allow the Group to expand their activity in the marine fish, crustaceans and freshwater fish market worldwide. Pierre Fortin currently holds the position of Aquaculture Species Specialist. He is in charge of R & D, product development and technical support to customers. He worked for several years as an aquafeed formulator at a feed manufacturer’s and focused on a wide variety of species including shrimp, tilapia, sea bass and sea bream. His European and international experiences have shaped his global approach to fish and crustacean nutrition. His expertise in zootechnics and nutrition will be the opportunity for TECHNA to provide services even more closely adapted to customers' needs. |
Thanh Pham Cong has been working as TECHNA NUTRITION VIETNAM's Aquaculture Manager for Vietnam and South-East Asia since the beginning of 2018.
Thanh has been involved in Vietnamese aquaculture for almost 30 years. More recently, he was in charge of Sales, Marketing and R&D for veterinary products such as vaccines, anesthetic, pro and pre-biotics. Besides his expertise in fish physiology and health, Thanh has hands-on knowledge of the field, farms and farmers. His practical approach will definitely be an asset in understanding the sector’s current issues and future challenges as well as aquafarmers’ needs.
