TECHBIND

Efficient Binder for Aquafeed

Properties

Pellets that break down easily during handling, storage, transportation and in the water end up losing their nutrients. They can also deteriorate the quality of water.

TECHBIND is a pellet binder adapted for all types of aquafeed. It is ideal for both extrusion and pelleting processes.TECHBIND does not require any special operating procedures. It is activated by steam and then it becomes non hydroscopic. Pellets are therefore more water-resistant.

Using TECHBIND will reduce dust in bags and leaching of water-soluble nutrient.

Direction For Use

TECHBIND dosage must be adapted to your formulation context. It is generally used between 1 and 2 kg per ton of feed.
