Fulfilment and Cohesion at TECHNA: An overview of Collaborative Activities

At TECHNA, we firmly believe that the well-being and fulfilment of our employees are essential. In 2024, in France, 240 employees are spread over several sites: Couëron (44), Malville (44) and Hauts d'Anjou (49). At each site, the works councils and employees have put in place a wide range of fun and sporting activities to encourage exchanges between colleagues.

Fun and entertainment at TECHNA

Throughout the year, our employees take part in a variety of events organised by the works council or individual employees:

  • Live my job: The idea? Each employee welcomes another colleague to his or her workstation to discover his or her professional world. It's a unique opportunity to strengthen ties, promote mutual understanding and, why not, inspire new vocations!
  • Traditional festivities: We celebrate key moments together, such as the galette des rois, the Christmas tea party, the annual company picnic for the Couëron and Malville sites and the annual outing for the Hauts d'Anjou site.
  • Family outings: a day on the Île de Houat, a go-karting evening, dinner on the Bateau Nantais, etc.
  • And many other activities: baking competitions, riddles and puzzle games, etc.

Surpassing yourself through sporting and community activities

Sport and social commitment also play an important role at TECHNA. We encourage our employees to take part in a variety of sporting activities, suitable for all levels:

  • Sports challenges: Our teams have excelled in events such as the Audencia Triathlon, the Cordemais Duathlon, the DéfiColor, the RunFun, the BeWalk and many others.
  • Solidarity races: TECHNA supports its employees in initiatives such as Les Sénégazelles and Odycéa.
  • Lunchtime sports: Employees are invited to take part in a variety of sports activities during their lunch break, such as tennis matches, mölkky competitions, crossfit, shuffleboard competitions, etc.

These initiatives, supported by the CSE and passionate, creative employees, offer a valuable opportunity to strengthen links between colleagues, especially at a time when business travel and teleworking can drive employees further apart. These shared moments not only allow people to relax, but also foster communication within the company.
